I am a mom with a one year old daughter. I have emergency HUD voucher to cover up to $1040/ month however I do have a job. I’ve been staying at friends house who is moving out and utilities are being disconnected on the 1st. Looking for a home for our son and his 2 roommates. They all have very mild Autism . They have HUD. Their rent is always paid in a timely manner and the home will stay in immaculate condition, because they have 24 hour care. They need 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. They are now paying approximately $1,100/month and all the utilities. They do not move often. They lived on Hawcreek for 2 years and now Pearl Street for almost 4 years (same landlord). They need a second full bath. They are men: 46, 32 and 28.
The move-in date is not set in stone. Some time this Spring, would be fantastic. They prefer the East side of the town, near Hawcreek, Hiker Trace, or near there.
